At a bustling coffee expo, a chance meeting between a coffee connoisseur and a whisky enthusiast sparked an unexpected journey. Both driven by their passions, they quickly bonded over their shared love for rich, complex flavors. Prashanth spoke of his dream to create unique coffee experiences, while Vinod reminisced about the deep, smoky notes of well-aged whisky.
Their conversation that day was the seed that grew into Bean Bottle Co. Fueled by excitement and curiosity, they delved into research and experimentation. They spent countless hours exploring how the aging process used in whisky production could be applied to coffee. The goal was clear: to create a coffee experience that mirrored the depth and complexity of fine whisky but without the alcohol.
Prashanth, with his deep knowledge of coffee, insisted on using only the finest Arabica beans. They were ethically sourced from the Western Ghats in Southern India, a region renowned for its biodiversity and designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Each batch was carefully handpicked to ensure uncompromising quality.
Vinod, drawing from his whisky passion, knew that the choice of barrels would be crucial. They decided on American Oak barrels, known for their ability to impart rich, layered flavors. These barrels had previously aged some of the most celebrated whiskeys, and now they would breathe new life into their coffee beans.
The process was meticulous. They experimented with different aging times and conditions, seeking the perfect balance. Each batch was a testament to their dedication to quality and their willingness to innovate.
